These leaders are tasked with the key responsibility of setting the strategic direction for the company while also ensuring that the operational strategy is always aligned with the corporate strategy. Staff With an average age of 28 years, our staff are made up of graduates with burning passion for excellence.

Managing Director!
Gregoire TALA
Greg is a Founding Partner and Managing Director of GETECOM looking after the corporate strategy, vision and mission of the organization.
Prior to joining GETECOM, Gregoire worked for IWS AFRICA where he occupied various Senior Management Positions including Programme Manager, Operations Manager and Chief Technical Officer( CTO) Greg also worked for some top notch telecoms companies such as CEGELEC where he was the Project Manager for Central and Western Africa (Equatoria Guinea, Cameroon and Nigeria) and in Alan Dick Africa where he occupied the position of Implementation Manager. He has overseen the successful delivery of Projects for Helios DRC, Ericsson DRC, Airtel DRC, Africell and Huawei DRC, where IWS has maintained its top local supplier status for over in a row and boast multiple regional awards.
Technical Director!
Taylor Tshimbalanga
Taylor is a seasoned engineer with passion for excellence and one of the founding partner. He is the Project Director looking after all technical and projects related activities of the company.
Prior to joining GETECOM, Taylor worked for IWS AFRICA where he occupied various Positions including site Supervisor , Team leader and Project Manager and in Alan Dick Africa where he occupied the position of Site Supervisor.
